02Personal data we process

The contact form collects your name, email and message. A franchise application additionally collects phone, date of birth, occupation, company, location and investment details. A job application collects name, email, phone, position, a profile link and the CV you upload.

03Purposes of processing

Your data is processed solely to evaluate your request or application, to reply to you, and to establish a business relationship. It is not used for marketing and is never sold.

04Legal basis

Processing relies on the performance of a contract and on our legitimate interest. For the CV and contact details in a job application, processing relies on your explicit consent.

05Transfers

Your data may be shared with our hosting and email providers, only to the extent required to deliver the service. Where data is transferred abroad, the safeguards required by KVKK Article 9 apply.

06Retention

Enquiry and application data is kept for a reasonable period after the process ends; job applications are kept for no more than two years. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

07Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damages.
