About Us
A Brand Born From a Mother's Dream
It all began in 2015, with the birth of our founder's son, Ali Boğa. A mother's dream of creating a natural, safe living space that would support her child's development grew, in time, into a deep passion for educational wooden toys and development-focused children's furniture.
In 2017 our founder completed her MBA at Istanbul Bilgi University with the thesis "The Global Toy Sector and the Role of Wooden Toys in Child Development." She studied international research and worked alongside child development experts from a range of countries. That knowledge and experience laid the foundations of Wood&Joy in 2018.
With our production facility established in Adana in 2021, that dream became a manufacturing brand in its own right. Today, as Wood&Joy, we design and produce living spaces where children can explore safely and enjoy themselves as they learn.
Our collection of more than 300 educational wooden toys and developmental children's and kindergarten furniture reaches families through 18 different e-commerce stores as of 2026. It is also trusted by kindergartens, nurseries, private schools, pediatricians, specialist therapists and clinical psychologists.
Bringing natural wood together with contemporary design and a pedagogical approach, Wood&Joy is not simply a brand that makes products — it is a companion on the journey, helping children grow in a safe, free and inspiring environment.
